mPulse Acquires Clarity Software Solutions

mPulse has acquired Clarity Software Solutions to combine Clarity's health communications and member-journey production capabilities with mPulse's Health Experience and Insights (HXI) platform, creating an omnichannel, AI-enabled member engagement solution. The deal was supported by mPulse's majority investor PSG and transitions Clarity leadership into mPulse (Steve Mongelli becomes President) to accelerate product integration and market expansion.
