LivTech, a provider of healthcare technology for long-term post-acute care, has acquired Alora Healthcare Systems, a developer of cloud-based, AI-enhanced home health software. The acquisition integrates Alora’s mobile-ready EMR and AI-powered automation into LivTech’s platform to create an end-to-end solution across home health, hospice, and post-acute care workflows. PSG is the growth equity backer of the deal.
