Protecht Group, an Australian GRC (governance, risk and compliance) solutions provider, announced its acquisition of VISO TRUST, a U.S.-based AI-powered third-party and cyber risk management platform. The deal is intended to integrate VISO TRUST’s “agentic AI” into Protecht’s GRC platform to speed vendor due diligence, automate GRC workflows, and enable continuous third- and fourth-party risk monitoring.
