WorkWave, the provider of cloud-based field service and last-mile software, has acquired Slingshot, a provider of customer call center software and outsourced sales/lead response services. The acquisition adds omni-channel contact center capabilities and outsourced sales to WorkWave's platform to help field service customers increase lead conversion and customer engagement.
