Tech Soft 3D has acquired Theorem Solutions, a UK-based provider of CAD data translation, 3D PDF publishing and XR visualization tools. The acquisition expands Tech Soft 3D’s engineering toolkit ecosystem (including HOOPS Exchange and HOOPS Publish), strengthens its product offerings for manufacturers, and supports plans to invest in product development and scale Theorem’s global reach.

PTC Acquires ServiceMax for $1.46 Billion

PTC announced a definitive agreement to acquire ServiceMax, a cloud-native SaaS field service management provider, for approximately $1.46 billion in cash from an entity majority owned by Silver Lake. The acquisition is intended to extend PTC’s closed-loop PLM and digital thread capabilities into downstream enterprise asset management and field service management, and is expected to be accretive to PTC’s SaaS ARR and cash flow.

NinjaCat Acquires Shape.io

Ansys Acquires OnScale to Expand Cloud Simulation Portfolio
