PumpTech LLC, a portfolio company of Pike Street Capital, acquired Frost Engineering Service Company - Northwest to expand its instrumentation, control, and fluid-handling capabilities. Frost Engineering, based in Snohomish, Washington, will be integrated into the PumpTech platform to broaden product and service offerings for oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing and other industrial customers.
