Impel, a Pike Street Capital-backed flow management platform, has acquired Pump Dynamics, a Washougal, Washington-based provider of pump and flow-management products, services and engineered systems. The add-on expands Impel's geographic footprint into Arizona and broadens its service capabilities—particularly in the semiconductor and data-center end markets.
