Marlin Equity Partners has acquired S2 Communications AB and will merge the business into its existing portfolio company, Puzzel, to strengthen Puzzel's cloud contact center (CCaaS) capabilities. The acquisition adds S2’s outbound campaign management and dialler functionality, expanding Puzzel’s product offering and footprint in the Nordics, particularly Sweden.

The deal brings PrizeLogic's Engage platform and first-party CDP together with Clarus's loyalty services to expand capabilities, deepen data assets and accelerate growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

Logi Analytics (Marlin Portfolio) Acquires Zoomdata

Logi Analytics, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Zoomdata, a real-time big data and streaming analytics platform, to strengthen Logi's embedded analytics capabilities. The deal merges Zoomdata's streaming and big-data visualization technology into Logi's developer-grade platform, expanding capabilities for IoT, cybersecurity, financial services and healthcare applications. Terms were not disclosed.
