LifeLoop has acquired Linked Senior, an evidence-based resident engagement platform, combining the two companies' solutions to expand LifeLoop's resident experience and operations offering for senior living operators. The deal brings approximately 600 communities and 50,000 residents onto LifeLoop's platform and will integrate Linked Senior's team into LifeLoop leadership to accelerate product capabilities and customer support.

Cegid to Combine With Grupo Primavera

French cloud-management software provider Cegid has entered into a definitive all-share agreement to combine with Iberian business-software platform Grupo Primavera, creating an enlarged cloud business-management leader in Iberia with a pro forma regional revenue of over €150 million and a combined valuation of approximately €6.8 billion. Silver Lake will remain the majority shareholder of the combined company while Oakley Capital rolls its Grupo Primavera stake into Cegid and will join KKR and AltaOne as minority shareholders; Grupo Primavera brings ~800 employees, 165,000 paying customers and €76 million revenue in 2021.

Uniguest Acquires Sagely to Expand Touchtown Senior Living Platform

Nashville-based Uniguest acquired Sagely, a US-based provider of engagement technology for senior living communities, and will merge the business into its Touchtown senior living brand. The deal expands Touchtown's digital engagement offerings (digital signage, in-room TV, smart assistants, activity calendars and mobile apps) and increases the combined reach to roughly 1,800 senior living communities globally.

Sentrics Acquires Connected Living

Cognibox Acquires Elite Management SST
