HomeSquare, LLC has acquired Seaport Electric, Inc., a Norwalk, Connecticut-based electrical services company that has served Fairfield County for more than 35 years. The acquisition will fold Seaport into HomeSquare's broader home services platform to deepen and grow its electrical services offering, with Seaport owner Robert Ripley joining HomeSquare as a senior manager overseeing the electrical services business.
