The CareMates team and its four founders will join myneva; the product will remain available standalone and will be integrated into myneva's care platform to accelerate onboarding and reduce intake time by up to 80%.

Summa Defence Acquires Uudenkaupungin Työvene Oy

Finnish defense and security technology group Summa Defence Ltd has acquired all shares of shipbuilder Uudenkaupungin Työvene Oy via a share exchange. The sellers — Juha Granqvist, Janne Kosomaa and Baltic Workboats AS — become shareholders in Summa Defence; Uudenkaupungin Työvene reported ~EUR 17 million revenue in 2023 and employs about 70 people.
