Eastman Kodak Company (Kodak) has acquired Graphic Systems Services Inc. (GSS), a Springboro, Ohio-based provider of web inkjet press transport systems, components and engineering services. The deal brings a longtime supplier in-house to strengthen Kodak's inkjet press supply chain and engineering capabilities as it expands its PROSPER inkjet press portfolio.
