Orlando-based Superior Press has acquired Melbourne, Florida–based All Service Graphics, Inc. The deal transfers operations into All Service Graphics' Melbourne facility, providing Superior Press with additional press capacity and mailing capabilities while preserving both company names and employee continuity.

DSS, Inc. Acquires SBG Technology Solutions, Inc.

Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS, Inc.) has acquired Alexandria-based SBG Technology Solutions, Inc., which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary to expand DSS's services capabilities for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The acquisition (closed September 8, 2021) will bolster DSS's Health IT, national security, cybersecurity and AI/ML capabilities to support government and commercial clients; financial terms were not disclosed.

Graphic Village Acquires Dayton-Based DMS ink (formerly Dayton Mailing Services)

Graphic Village has acquired DMS ink (formerly Dayton Mailing Services), a Yellow Springs-based provider of personalized digital-mailing, marketing automation, and fulfillment services. The DMS ink team and operations will continue at the Yellow Springs facility under the Graphic Village name; former owner Christine Soward will remain as VP of Business Development for mailing services.

Sharp Business Systems Acquires Saratoga Technologies

Sharp Business Systems, the direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, has acquired Saratoga Technologies to expand its direct regional sales coverage for document systems and managed network services in Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Employees of Saratoga will join the SBS team and Saratoga's president, David Temple, will remain to help ensure a smooth transition.

Spatial Business Systems, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. (GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

eProductivity Software Acquires Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS)

Pittsburgh-based eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired U.S.-based Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS), a management information system (MIS) software provider founded in 1989 that serves over 200 customers in North America. The deal expands ePS’s product portfolio and strengthens its leadership in the SMB print and packaging MIS market by integrating EPMS’s customer base and technology into ePS’s global offerings.
