Empire Portfolio Group, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, acquired 11 Orangetheory Fitness studios and related area development rights in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Farlie Turner Gilbert & Co. advised the selling shareholders; terms were not disclosed. The deal represents an add-on/geographic expansion for Empire’s Orangetheory franchise footprint under Revelstoke’s ownership.

Afterburn Holdings Acquires Orangetheory Washington State Area Representative
