Brentwood Associates has acquired a majority interest in Afterburn Holdings, a leading Orangetheory Fitness franchisee headquartered in Houston, Texas, which operates 12 studios and oversees an additional eight in the greater Houston market. Company founders/operators Jim Potesta and Marty Reichenthal retain substantial ownership and will continue to run the business as Brentwood partners with management to drive multi-unit growth and geographic expansion.
