Honors Holdings, the largest Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, acquired Area Development Rights and four owned Orangetheory Fitness studios in Tennessee and northern Mississippi. The transaction is Honors' 21st acquisition since partnering with Prospect Hill Growth Partners in 2017 and coincides with leadership changes—Jason Carter promoted to CEO and Jamie Weeks becoming Executive Chairman.
