Burke Porter Group Acquires Quantum 3

Burke Porter Group (BPG) has acquired Quantum 3 (Q3), a Ireland-based designer and builder of modular aluminium framing systems and turnkey production line solutions for medical and life sciences manufacturers. The acquisition expands BPG's life sciences capabilities and footprint in Ireland while keeping Q3 founders and leadership in place to support integration and continued growth.

AEA Investors Acquires Burke Porter Group

AEA Investors' Middle Market Private Equity team has acquired Burke Porter Group Company from CEL Global Investment Fund, L.P. Burke Porter Group is a global provider of automated diagnostic, testing and production solutions serving life science and specialty industrial end markets, operating across dozens of global locations with more than 500 engineers and technicians. AEA said the platform will complement its industrial technology and automation-focused investments.
