SIS Group Acquires NexGen Fibers

Durham, North Carolina-based SIS Group LLC (formerly SBC Group) has acquired NexGen Fibers, LLC, a supplier of Hydro‑Bond hydrophilic nylon fiber and Vulcan basalt reinforcement bars. The acquisition adds a warehouse and processing capability, enabling SIS Group to vertically integrate supply of critical reinforcement materials and expand its North American materials business.
