Bregal Sagemount and FTV Capital acquired a substantial minority stake in Neptune Flood, a St. Petersburg-based digital insurtech that provides private flood insurance and has insured over 150,000 homeowners, renters, and businesses. The growth investment (financial terms undisclosed) will help Neptune accelerate customer expansion and further develop its AI-driven Triton risk platform while Neptune's CEO and management retain majority ownership.
