Alytic Acquires Utel Systems

Alytic has acquired 97.5% of Utel Systems, a Norway-based provider of telecom network monitoring, protocol analysis and simulation services, to accelerate product expansion and international growth. Utel serves tier‑1 telecom carriers and government/security customers (including Telenor, BT, KDDI, Softbank Mobile and NTT DoCoMo) and will be developed toward a SaaS-driven international offering under Alytic’s ownership.
