Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. acquired the assets of BTM Engineering, Inc., a Louisville, Kentucky-based civil and structural engineering, surveying and landscape architecture firm. The asset purchase (financed with cash, seller financing and stock) is expected to initially contribute approximately $3.0 million of annual net service billing and expands Bowman's presence into the Louisville market.

Carlisle Companies Acquires MBTechnology, Inc.

Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has acquired MBTechnology, Inc. (MBT), a Fresno, California-based manufacturer of energy-efficient SBS modified bitumen roofing membranes and underlayment systems. MBT will join Carlisle Construction Materials within Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies as a strategic bolt-on to expand product offerings, increase rolled-goods capacity and deepen Carlisle's presence in West Coast markets.

BRP Group Acquires Performance Bonding Surety & Insurance Brokerage

(NASDAQ: BRP) announced that Performance Bonding Surety & Insurance Brokerage, L.P. will be operated within the BRP family through BRP's Partnership (strategic acquisition) with Wood Gutmann & Bogart Insurance Brokers and certain affiliates, a transaction that closed on December 1, 2021. Performance Bonding, a Tustin, California–based surety specialist, will add bonding and commercial insurance expertise to BRP's national practice and expand BRP's surety capabilities for clients including contractors, developers and private equity–owned businesses.

Bowman Consulting Group Acquires Terra Associates, Inc.

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWMN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Terra Associates, Inc., a Houston- and San Antonio-based civil engineering and surveying firm, with closing scheduled for December 31, 2021. The acquisition, financed with cash, seller financing and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive and to contribute approximately $5.5 million of annualized net service billing while expanding Bowman’s Texas operations and service capabilities.

Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) Acquires Assurance Holdings, Inc.

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), the US middle-market agency subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired Schaumburg, Illinois-based Assurance Holdings, Inc. Assurance's approximately 525 colleagues will join MMA and Assurance will serve as MMA's Midwest regional headquarters; terms were not disclosed.

McLarens Acquires MGB Claims Consultants Inc.
