Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has acquired MBTechnology, Inc. (MBT), a Fresno, California-based manufacturer of energy-efficient SBS modified bitumen roofing membranes and underlayment systems. MBT will join Carlisle Construction Materials within Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies as a strategic bolt-on to expand product offerings, increase rolled-goods capacity and deepen Carlisle's presence in West Coast markets.

The acquisition expands Carlisle’s building envelope and energy-efficiency product portfolio, is expected to generate roughly $30 million of pre-tax cost synergies by 2025, and is immediately accretive to Carlisle’s adjusted EPS.
