Ingersoll Rand Acquires Controlled Fluidics and Ethafilter s.r.l.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. has closed two acquisitions: Controlled Fluidics, a U.S.-based thermoplastic bonding and custom plastic assembly specialist serving life sciences and other high-growth end markets, and Ethafilter s.r.l., an Italy-based producer of filters and filter elements for the compressed air sector. The deals expand Ingersoll Rand's product portfolio and aftermarket capabilities, strengthening its position in life sciences, sterile filtration, and air treatment markets.

Creative Liquid Coatings Acquires CK Technologies from Cascade Engineering

Creative Liquid Coatings Inc. has acquired the assets of CK Technologies from Cascade Engineering, completing a planned exit by Cascade from the commercial vehicle components market. The purchase brings CK Technologies’ large-tonnage injection molding, automated paint finishing and assembly capabilities into CLC’s vertically integrated operations and secures customer relationships across commercial truck and bus OEMs.

Kadant Acquires Dynamic Sealing Technologies

Kadant Inc. has completed the acquisition of Dynamic Sealing Technologies LLC (DSTI) for approximately $55 million in cash. DSTI, a manufacturer of fluid rotary unions and electrical slip rings based in Andover, Minnesota (approximately 90 employees and ~$25M trailing twelve-month revenue), will join Kadant's Flow Control segment to expand its engineered fluid sealing and transfer capabilities and extend presence into adjacent end markets.

Henkel Acquires Seal for Life Industries from Arsenal Capital Partners

Henkel has signed an agreement to acquire US-based Seal for Life Industries LLC from private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners. Seal for Life is a global supplier of protective coating and sealing solutions with ~€250m of sales in 2023 and more than 650 employees; the acquisition strengthens Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business and expands its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions and protective-coatings capabilities.

CentroMotion Acquires Carlisle Brake & Friction from Carlisle Companies

CentroMotion, a One Rock–backed portfolio company, agreed to acquire Carlisle Brake & Friction (CBF) from Carlisle Companies Incorporated and completed the transaction in August 2021. The add-on expands CentroMotion’s portfolio of engineered motion, actuation and control solutions by adding CBF’s global friction materials and mechatronic capabilities and ~1,350 employees based in Medina, Ohio.

Tanknology (HRCP Portfolio) Acquires Compliance Testing & Technology (CT&T)

(CT&T), a Cedarburg, Wisconsin-based provider of underground and aboveground storage tank testing, inspection and related environmental compliance services. The add-on deal (closed April 30, 2020) expands Tanknology’s geographic footprint, technical capabilities and customer base to accelerate growth under HRCP ownership.
