One Rock Capital Partners completed the acquisition of the Engineered Components & Systems (EC&S) segment from Actuant Corporation (Enerpac Tool Group), which will operate as the standalone company CentroMotion led by CEO Roger Roundhouse. CentroMotion is a global manufacturer of motion, actuation and control solutions serving on- and off-highway OEMs across agriculture, construction, commercial vehicle and other industrial end markets; One Rock plans to scale the business and its family of brands.

Carlisle Fluid Technologies Acquires Reinhardt Technik
