The acquisition is an add-on to ToolWatch's platform and is backed by majority investor The Riverside Company to expand ToolWatch's operations-management offering with safety and compliance capabilities and create cross-sell opportunities.

Atlanta-based Mammoth Holdings announced that Busy Bee Car Wash, a three-unit operator in Miami, has joined Mammoth as an add-on; Busy Bee owner Jim Mulholland invested in Mammoth equity and will become a Vice President focusing on Miami expansion. The deal expands Mammoth's multi-brand conveyor car wash platform and continues its partnership with PE backer Red Dog Equity.
