QOMPLX Acquires RPC Tyche LLP (Tyche)

QOMPLX, a cloud-native risk analytics company based in Tysons, Virginia, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RPC Tyche LLP (Tyche), an insurance software modeling and consulting firm with offices in London, Cambridge, Paris and Chicago. The deal will combine Tyche's actuarial modeling and pricing capabilities with QOMPLX's data integration and analytics platform to enhance underwriting, pricing, risk and capital modeling for insurers and reinsurers.
