Legacy Food Group, a new holding company backed by private equity firm Quad‑C Management, announced the acquisitions of Keck's Food Service, M&V Provisions, Thomsen Foodservice and Legacy Foodservice Alliance as founding operating divisions. The owner-operators will retain meaningful equity and operate autonomously while the platform will provide scale benefits — consolidated purchasing, supplier relationships, and coordinated sales and marketing — to build a super-regional foodservice distribution competitor.
