Qualitas Energy has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cero Generation’s core European renewable energy platform from Macquarie Group. The deal adds a 5.8 GW portfolio of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects across the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain, including over 2 GW of operating/under-construction/ready-to-build assets.
