Quantic Electronics, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired Paktron Capacitors, a U.S. manufacturer of multilayer polymer film capacitors headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia. The acquisition expands Quantic's capacitor product lineup and manufacturing capabilities for high-reliability end markets including defense, space, telecommunications, alternate energy and automotive.
