The acquisition expands StarFish's West Coast footprint and adds Omnica's prototyping, engineering and regulatory capabilities while retaining Omnica's existing team.

Fresche Solutions Acquires OmniData Insights

KKR Acquires Ensono

Accel-KKR Acquires Majority Stake in Symfonia from MidEuropa
