KKR Acquires Omnissa from Broadcom

Global investment firm KKR completed the previously announced acquisition of Omnissa from Broadcom for approximately $4 billion, enabling Omnissa to operate as an independent software company. Omnissa — headquartered in Palo Alto with roughly $1.5 billion ARR, 26,000 customers and 4,000 employees — will receive growth investment from KKR to expand its AI, API and product capabilities for the digital workspace market.
