Fresche Solutions Acquires Silveredge Consulting

Fresche Solutions has acquired Silveredge Consulting to expand its IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) application support, ERP and legacy application development capabilities. Silveredge will become a business unit of Fresche, continue operating under its current name and its Chicago-area office will be assumed by Fresche; the deal is supported by Fresche's private equity backer, American Pacific Group.

Fresche Solutions has acquired Abacus Solutions LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based provider of IBM i cloud, managed services and infrastructure solutions, making Fresche the world's largest end-to-end IBM i (AS/400) provider. The deal expands Fresche's portfolio to include hosting, enterprise and entry cloud, high-availability, disaster recovery and backup services, and strengthens its North American footprint; Fresche is backed by private equity firm American Pacific Group.
