Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Lifesaving Systems Corp., a Florida-based supplier of helicopter and maritime rescue and survival equipment. The acquisition expands Signia's Mission Systems capabilities by adding Lifesaving Systems' rescue hooks, harnesses, litters and other maritime rescue products to its Onboard Systems business for cross-selling and operational integration.

Vance Street Capital rebranded its aviation portfolio as Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings (VS Aviation) and acquired Aviation Products Systems, Inc. (APS), a founder-owned supplier of proprietary replacement wheel & brake components and custom hose kits for general and business aviation. The acquisition is a tuck‑in add-on to expand VS Aviation's PMA product offering into the wheel & brakes segment and broaden its aftermarket capabilities.

Johnson Controls Acquires Rescue Air Systems

Johnson Controls has acquired Rescue Air Systems, a San Francisco–based provider of firefighter air replenishment systems (FARS). The purchase expands Johnson Controls' fire protection and life-safety portfolio by adding building-installed air refill stations that allow firefighters to rapidly replenish breathing air bottles during responses; financial terms were not disclosed.

Del-Air Acquires ARS/Rescue Rooter Vero Beach
