Serco Acquires Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) from H.I.G. Capital

Serco Group plc has agreed to acquire Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB), a U.S. defence advisory, engineering and technical services provider, from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital for $295 million. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2021 and funded through existing debt facilities — adds roughly 1,000 employees and data-analytics, cyber and systems-engineering capabilities to Serco’s North American defence platform and is immediately accretive to earnings.

Capital, has acquired Decisive Analytics Corporation (DAC), a provider of advanced engineering and analytical support to the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community. The add-on strengthens WBB's mission‑critical capabilities in systems engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics and machine learning while providing an exit path for DAC's employee shareholders.

Tetra Tech Acquires BlueWater Federal Solutions

Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired BlueWater Federal Solutions, a Chantilly, Virginia–based information technology systems and services firm with more than 350 employees. The acquisition expands Tetra Tech’s advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity capabilities and brings additional mission-critical federal contract expertise into its Government Services Group; terms were not disclosed.

Watts Water Technologies Acquires Bradley Corporation

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. agreed to acquire Bradley Corporation for $303 million (approximately $268 million net of estimated tax benefits) to expand its water solutions portfolio. The acquisition adds Bradley's front-of-the-wall commercial washroom and emergency safety product lines, increases exposure to commercial and industrial end markets, and is expected to generate cost synergies and be accretive to Adjusted EPS in 2024.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires BTR Capital Management, Inc.

The acquisition expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s presence in Northern California (bringing WEG to nine offices in the region) and adds BTR’s team of nine advisors and five support staff to WEG’s platform.
