Contollo Group Ltd, backed by private equity firm NorthEdge with funding support from ThinCats, has acquired KAM Project Consultants, a UK-based project management and cost consultancy focused on the industrial and logistics sector. The bolt-on is Contollo's fifth acquisition in 13 months and strengthens its project and cost management capabilities as part of a buy-and-build strategy across the built environment.
