Capital For Business, Inc. completed a subordinated note and equity follow-on investment in Blossom Machine & Manufacturing alongside Konza Valley Capital, Inc. and UMB Capital Corporation. The investment is a follow-on into CFB portfolio company Malone's CNC Machining; Blossom is a Paris, Texas-based precision manufacturer of machined components serving military and commercial aerospace end markets.

Consolidated Equipment Group Acquires Agile Manufacturing Group

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

HumanCo Acquires Majority Stake in Coconut Bliss

The deal (terms undisclosed) folds Bliss into Highwire’s platform—expanding capabilities, sector expertise and bringing Bliss leadership into senior roles at Highwire while creating a combined organization of more than 250 professionals across North America.

Vendr Acquires Blissfully

Superior Industries Acquires CEMCO
