LDC Invests Growth Capital in myHappymind

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has made a minority growth investment in Cheshire-based myHappymind to support the company’s expansion into more UK and international schools and ongoing product development. The funding will back the management team’s plans to scale the digital mental health and wellbeing programmes currently delivered to over 1,900 schools.
