SGT Capital Acquires Utimaco from EQT Private Equity

SGT Capital LLC has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Utimaco Verwaltungs GmbH, a global provider of cybersecurity and data intelligence solutions, from EQT Mid Market Europe (EQT Private Equity). Under EQT's ownership Utimaco nearly tripled revenues and expanded via five add-ons; EQT will remain invested as a minority owner and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

The deal expands Knight-Swift’s logistics and brokerage capabilities while preserving UTXL’s brand and independent operations and includes customary working capital adjustments and escrowed/deferred consideration.

RockItCoin Acquires FirstCoin ATM and Phoenix Crypto Bitcoin ATM Networks

Chicago-based Bitcoin ATM operator RockItCoin has acquired regional Bitcoin ATM operators FirstCoin ATM and Phoenix Crypto, adding 78 ATMs and bringing its network to more than 2,000 locations nationwide. The acquisitions expand RockItCoin's footprint in California, Texas and Arizona and increase access to its mobile app, OTC trading desk and retail deposit services.
