KeyLogic Systems, LLC (a subsidiary of IIA Technologies Corp.) has acquired OnLocation, Inc., a Vienna, Virginia-based energy and environmental policy modeling and consulting firm. The deal combines KeyLogic's analytics, systems engineering, and cybersecurity capabilities with OnLocation's expertise in energy modeling to expand the combined firm's advanced modeling, data analytics, and policy-analysis offerings to government and industry clients.

System One Acquires Cypress Consulting

The acquisition expands System One's data center and critical infrastructure capabilities in network engineering, automation, and security; terms were not disclosed.

CoreLogic Acquires Next Gear Solutions

CoreLogic has completed the acquisition of Next Gear Solutions, a cloud-based workflow platform provider for the property restoration industry. Next Gear, which was backed by Serent Capital, will combine its claims workflow products with CoreLogic’s Claims Connect and property data/analytics; Serent and other Next Gear shareholders rolled equity and will become significant investors in CoreLogic.

Hitachi Acquires GlobalLogic

Hitachi, Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary Hitachi Global Digital Holdings (HGDH), acquired GlobalLogic, a Silicon Valley–headquartered digital engineering services firm, in a transaction announced March 31, 2021 and completed July 14, 2021. The deal valued GlobalLogic at $8.5 billion of equity ($9.5 billion enterprise value) and expands Hitachi's Lumada digital solutions capabilities by adding GlobalLogic's ~21,000 engineering and design professionals.
