Employee Navigator Acquires Ease

Employee Navigator, a benefits administration and HR software provider, has acquired Ease, a broker-centric HR and benefits enrollment platform for small businesses. The combined company will support over 150,000 businesses, more than 4,000 insurance brokers and over 13 million employees, and plans to incorporate Ease features into Employee Navigator's platform to accelerate benefits modernization for brokers and employers.

Deltek Acquires TIP Technologies

Deltek has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of TIP Technologies, a provider of quality management system (QMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) software. The acquisition adds QMS/MES capabilities to Deltek's product portfolio to better serve government contractors, aerospace & defense, and engineer-to-order manufacturers; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2022.

SitusAMC Acquires ComplianceEase (LogicEase Solutions)

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired LogicEase Solutions Inc., the parent company of mortgage compliance software provider ComplianceEase, adding ComplianceAnalyzer and TRID Monitor to its residential technology portfolio. ComplianceEase will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with its management team retained; the deal expands SitusAMC’s compliance and automation capabilities for mortgage originators, secondary market participants and regulators.

The deal adds back-end ERP capabilities to Compusoft’s visual CPQ suite, expanding its end-to-end offering and strengthening its footprint in North America and adjacent industries like architectural opening distribution and building material supply.
