Valicor Environmental Services, a platform company backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired Clean Water Environmental from Hunting Dog Capital. The acquisition adds two centralized wastewater treatment facilities in Dayton, Ohio (processing ~25 million gallons annually), expanding Valicor's Ohio footprint and strengthening its wastewater treatment, recycling and solidification capabilities.

The acquisition expands Valicor's footprint into the Western United States and increases its number of centralized wastewater treatment plants to 15 (26 facilities overall).
