The acquisition is an add-on to Valicor's platform that expands its Midwest footprint and strengthens its non-hazardous waste treatment, solidification and recycling capabilities.

The add-on expands Valicor’s wastewater treatment and recycling capabilities in the Detroit market, adding a 450,000 sq. ft. CWT facility that processes roughly five million gallons of wastewater annually.
