Facility Solutions Group Acquires Capital Architectural Signs

Facility Solutions Group (FSG) has acquired Capital Architectural Signs (CAS), an Austin-based sign fabricator and installer with over 25 years of experience. FSG will integrate CAS's staff, equipment, and services into its existing Signs division to bring interior wayfinding and ADA sign manufacturing capabilities in-house and offer full interior and exterior sign packages to clients.

FASTSIGNS International Acquires Sign Me Up Signs & Advertising

FASTSIGNS International, Inc. acquired Sign Me Up Signs & Advertising and will convert its seven locations (six on Long Island and one in New Jersey) plus a corporate office/production center to FASTSIGNS centers by February 2020. The deal expands FASTSIGNS' presence on Long Island to eight locations and Sign Me Up co-founder Bryan Schwartz will join FASTSIGNS as a franchisee.

Sign-Zone (Showdown Displays) Acquires AAA Innovations

Pfingsten’s portfolio company Sign-Zone, LLC d/b/a Showdown Displays has acquired AAA Innovations, a custom manufacturer of umbrellas, coolers and outdoor recreational products based in Norwood, New Jersey. The add-on deal (closed April 8, 2024) is intended to add production capacity, expand geographic presence and accelerate growth while retaining AAA’s president, Jeff Nanus, in his role.

Nickelytics Acquires Signs Printing Solutions LLC

The investors intend to support FASTSIGNS' next phase of growth and expand its footprint across domestic and international markets; Ares Capital provided senior debt financing and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners completed the sale.

Metro Sign & Awning Acquires ViewPoint Sign & Awning

Metro Sign & Awning’s ownership group has purchased ViewPoint Sign & Awning, a Northborough, Massachusetts-based signage and awning manufacturer founded in 1996. The deal brings ViewPoint’s 35,000 sq. ft. fabrication capabilities and experienced team into Metro’s fold to expand manufacturing, installation, and service capacity across the New England market.
