Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces has acquired Flagg Incorporated, a Cincinnati-based wholesale distributor serving the cabinet-making and building/remodeling industry. The deal expands Wilsonart’s company-owned distribution footprint across the Ohio Valley (Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky) and strengthens its services to local cabinet makers and contractors.
