TransImpact Acquires MCG Logistics

TransImpact has acquired MCG Logistics, a global freight and parcel management and consulting firm, to deepen its logistics expertise across consumer products, home products and healthcare and to expand ocean, air and international logistics capabilities. The deal expands TransImpact's geographic footprint with a California office; the combined company will maintain offices in North Carolina, Ohio and California and operate with over 170 employees.
