YPrime Acquires Tryl to Expand Patient Engagement Capabilities

YPrime, a cloud-based eClinical solutions provider, has acquired Tryl, a patient engagement software company, and will transfer Tryl’s staff, development capabilities, and IP into YPrime to enhance its patient engagement technologies and support decentralized clinical trials. The acquisition is intended to integrate Tryl’s personalized engagement tools and proprietary engagement score with YPrime’s eCOA and IRT offerings to boost patient retention and trial adherence.
