Pollock Company, a third-generation family-owned technology and office solutions provider based in Augusta, Georgia, has acquired ATG Communications, a local internet and voice service provider that has served the Augusta area for 36 years. The acquisition adds connectivity and voice infrastructure to Pollock's managed IT, cybersecurity, print and physical security offerings to deliver more integrated technology services to regional business customers.

Castellum, Inc. Acquires Lexington Solutions Group

Castellum, Inc. signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Lexington Solutions Group (LSG), a $4 million government contractor focused on information operations. The acquisition is intended to expand Castellum's information operations and cybersecurity capabilities and is expected to push Castellum's annualized revenue above $42 million on a run-rate basis.

Atlas Holdings Acquires Herff Jones Graduation Business from Varsity Brands

Varsity Brands will retain its Yearbook business, while Atlas will operate Herff Jones as a standalone company within its LSC Communications family and has promoted Ron Stoupa to CEO.

Atlas Holdings Acquires Saxco International, LLC

Atlas Holdings LLC has acquired Saxco International, LLC, a leading North American value-added distributor of rigid packaging serving wine, spirits, craft beer and food customers. Saxco, headquartered in Concord, California with more than 250 employees and a loyal base of over 5,000 customers, was previously owned by The Sterling Group; terms were not disclosed.

Ancor-backed LSC Environmental Acquires Phoenix Paper Products

In December 2019, LSC Environmental Products, a portfolio company of Ancor Capital Partners, acquired Phoenix Paper Products of Lostant, Illinois. The add-on expands LSC's erosion-control and mulch product portfolio and provides vertical integration of supply, manufacturing and distribution channels for environmental and industrial applications.

Ancor Capital Partners acquired LSC Environmental (headquartered in Apalachin, New York) from L2 Capital Partners in May 2019; terms were not disclosed. Midwest Mezzanine provided subordinated debt and equity to support Ancor's investment; L2 said the sale represented a realization of its 2011 investment after executing transformational changes and an add-on under its ownership.
