Atlas Holdings has acquired the Herff Jones Graduation Business (Scholastic and Collegiate brands and manufacturing facilities) from Varsity Brands, with the transaction closing on October 2, 2023. Varsity Brands will retain its Yearbook business, while Atlas will operate Herff Jones as a standalone company within its LSC Communications family and has promoted Ron Stoupa to CEO.
