Lead Edge Capital Acquires GrowthZone from Greenridge Growth Partners

Lead Edge Capital has acquired GrowthZone, a Nisswa, Minnesota–based provider of association membership management software, from Greenridge Growth Partners. The transaction follows Greenridge’s 2019 investment that helped GrowthZone expand its product, add ~40 employees and nearly 1,000 customers; William Blair advised GrowthZone and Raymond James advised Lead Edge on the deal.

ParkerGale Invests in e-PlanSoft
