Michael Baker International Acquires Strategic Interest in Infinity MEP+S Consultants

Michael Baker International announced a strategic investment in Houston-based Infinity MEP+S Consultants, integrating the MEP, structural, fire protection and technology design firm into its Sustainable and Resilient Solutions (SRS) vertical and Akela Engineering team. The deal expands Michael Baker's capabilities in MEP and related services and broadens its geographic footprint in Texas and the Middle East; Infinity operates five offices with over 50 employees.

The acquisition strengthens Michael Baker’s Sustainable and Resilient Solutions (SRS) vertical by adding in-house manufacturing capabilities, enabling end-to-end MEP and critical power solutions for energy, data center, pharmaceutical and industrial customers.
