The agreement also establishes PepsiCo as Celsius' preferred global distribution partner and transitions U.S. distribution to PepsiCo starting August 1, 2022.

Celsius Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Alani Nutrition LLC (Alani Nu) for $1.8 billion (including $150 million of tax assets) — a net purchase price of $1.65 billion comprised of cash and newly issued Celsius stock. The deal combines two scaled better‑for‑you energy/functional beverage brands to expand Celsius’ product portfolio, female-focused consumer reach and distribution footprint; Alani Nu will operate within Celsius and key founders/owners will remain as advisors.

AbbVie Acquires Celsius Therapeutics

AbbVie has acquired Celsius Therapeutics, a Cambridge-based clinical-stage biotechnology company, for $250 million in cash. The acquisition adds Celsius' lead anti-TREM1 antibody candidate CEL383 to AbbVie’s inflammatory disease pipeline to support development for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

SecurCapital Corp Acquires BIG Logistics, LLC

Cizzle Brands Acquires Flow Water Manufacturing Business for $83.75M

Cizzle Brands acquired the manufacturing business of Flow Water (Flow Beverage Corporation) for approximately $83.75 million, buying the Aurora, Ontario production facility now rebranded as the CWENCH Hydration Factory. The purchase includes a roughly $184 million contracted order book (with about $158 million take-or-pay protection), secures supply for Cizzle's CWENCH Hydration product, and was financed with a mix of debt and equity including a $40 million credit facility from Orion Infrastructure Capital.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires BECO Holding Company from Behrman Capital

BECO, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates 16 distribution centers and provides fire suppression, life safety and kitchen system products and services; the company's leadership will remain with a significant ownership stake in the recapitalized business.
