The financing enables eLearning Brothers to simultaneously acquire Trivantis and Edulence (KnowledgeLink), combining authoring tools (Lectora), VR builder (CenarioVR), an LMS (KnowledgeLink) and content/licensing into an integrated corporate learning platform.
